Eligibility for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 12 days of the date of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [alewis@genoaavenue.com] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your communication.
• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
